TPO2 综合
In this reading passage, it focuses on the point of the view that be best way to approach one project is to be creat a team with a group of people. However, the professor's lecture cast doubt on the reading passage by using a example about teams work in one company.

To begin with, the professor points out that, team's contribution is looked as a whole. So, there will be some people who did nothing can get benefit from it. While the people who made real contribution might be ignored. Obviously, this view conflict with the content in the reading passage.

Further, the professor discuesses that a team is always do the project very slow, because they have to have many meeting again and again until all the people agree with one point. It opposites the reading passage that a group can work more quickly in response to the task. Hence, the professor disagree with the reading passage.

Finally, the reading passage claims that there always be some people who is very influence over what their group. If the influencers disagree with one idea, then the idea will be ingored even if it’s effective. And the influencers might lead the whole team in a wrong direction.
