If you need todiscuss upsetting or controversial problems with others, you will use e-mail ortext messaging, OR use the telephone or voice-messaging.

注意： e-mail ortext messaging 是一个选项

the telephone orvoice-messaging 是另一个选项

Everyonehave ever met the condition that getting something uncertain or unhappy withothers to discuss. When it comes to me, I prefer to “voice”, like the telephoneor voice-messaging,rather than“word”choice, like the e-mail or textingmessaging. In my view, the first one is usually in time, ande reletively moredetailed, direct than the other. Besides, the later one often less effectivethan the first one, wasting time ,even lose some important opportunity.

The first one reason that I want to putforward is that discussing problem with others, the telephone orvoice-messaging is more punctual. For example, the problem maybe a urgent orpush one, you are very hurry. Under that condition, would you have enough timeand patience to wait,even needing few hours ? Or only sending an e-mail ortext-messaging, perhaps they don’t check their computer in time or forget themessaging. Therefore, after comparing these two methods,we can conclude thatvoice one is better choice, for you can get contact with the others and discussright now or make a appoinment.
Another important reason that can not ignore is that thevoice one is more detailed and direct one. When discussing problems, voice oneis certainly better one, you can exchange the idea with your friends, expressemotional feeling, confirm detailed things of the problem, or negelct some plandirectly. Meanwhile, as to text one, an solution, which you have firgur outafter a long searching materials, thinking several times, maybe not getapproval by your friends. Then you send e-mail to each other to dicuss how torevise it, that is really a huge project.
Admittedly, the word one is less effective, to someextent. You can just make a simple contrast of the amount of word that you typeor text message in a limited time and amount of voice one during the sameperiod. And it is easy to know the word one contains less information, in otherword, it is less effective one.

In conclusion, even though the e-mail and text messagingis still play an important role in our daily life, the telephone and voicemessaging is a better choice when disscussing problem with others.
