When it comes to the location of working, opinions vary from person to person. Some hold their point of view that working at home is better, but some firmly believe that working at company is a wiser choice.
As is known to all, working at home is a new working style these days, and so many white collars prefer to work in this way. Admittedly, working at home has its own advantages.For example, when handling affairs at home, it is very convenient for one to take a shower to get relaxed. In this way, one can adjust his or her working pace freely and sometimes can feel less stressed. What is more, working at home can save a lot of money that is used to pay for public transportation or food outside.
But when taking all factors into consideration, we can easily find that working in company can bring more benefit both for the employers and employees in the long run.
First of all, company can provide employees complete working facilities that will inevitably increase the efficiency of working . In other words, company can offer better working conditions, which is nearly impossible for everyone that works at home can have. As we can think, what a company persue in its daily routine, yes, you got the point, efficiency. Career people all attach high importance to the efficiency in their daily lives, so why do not a employee choose to request its employers working in the company?
Secondly, the regulation of working in the company effectively gathers people up. So when having meetings or brain-storms, it is very convenient to call employers up. It is universally admitted that discussing issues face to face will leads to a far better effect than just debate through the internet. If something emergent happens, all crew can be manipulated by the upper peremptorily, and troubles can be handled in an organized way. In employers’ side, working beside their workmates can surely bring them the sense of group spirit and when they face with something troublesome, the time it takes for him to get quick help from partners is far more short than at home. In this situation, working at the company is , besides for the boss, also convenient for workers.
Another tremendous advantages of working in the company is the fact that when people all around you are engaged in busy affairs, you will be driven to work hard without realization. According to a scientific research that when one put in an environment that all others are in a same state, he or she will quickly turn himself into that channel involuntarily. This phenomena in real life happens all the time, called FOLLOWING DISPLINE.And in this atmosphere, crew will also get more happiness when accomplishing a same task.
From what has been discussed above, we can safely draw the conclusion that both for the employers and employees, working at the company is truly a better choice.
