这是第二篇，1个小时10分钟，真是郁闷，感觉一开始不好下笔。浪费了很多时间，45分钟内只写了260多了字。

ISSUE196 "Technology creats more problems than it solves, and may threaten or damage the quality of life."

Technology is a two-edge sword. We can improve our quality of life with technology if we properly use it.

1.With the help of technology, we people solve many problem.
2.There is no technology that is perfect, technology will sovle problems, in the meanwhile, it will also creat some minor problems.
3.The most intense threaten or damage to our lives is not technology but misuse of technology.

With the development of technology, our societies have improve to a high level. But there is a voice like the title statement suggest that "Technology may threaten or damage the quality of life because it create more problems than solves." Although I concede that technology will create problems when it solves other problems, I suggest that technology itself will not threaten or damage our quality of life.

We all benefit kinds of technology in our lives and solve numberless problems with the help of technology. With the technology of aircraft, we can fly in the sky which save our time; with the technology of internet, we can easily get sufficient information which make us intelligent; with the technology of medicine, we can conquer many diseases which make us live healthily. Technology is in our common life. In history, when people confront problems, they turn to technology for help. For example, in ancient times, earthquake was a disaster to people. We did not know why and when it would happen. After the development of geology and detector, this case have been changed. Now we can forecast the movement of globe and evade from where the earthquake will happen. In the meanwhile, with the development of architecture, our buildings are fit to survive from some earthquakes. It is impossible for our ancestor because they did not have these advanced technology.

Although we use technology to help us solve problems, we may also confront some problems created by the technology. As a proverb "Every coin has two sides." technology is a tow-edges sword. For example, when we meet the problems that the information is hard to convey, the internet technology is developed. We can get useful information easily on the web. We can discuss on certain issue with people interested in it all over the world through BBS, News Group and instant message. This technology greatly improve our efficiency of working and studying. But on the other hand, many parents complain that the internet technology distracts their children's attention from studying. Some children chat with others on the internet just for pleasure, play killing time games with others, sometimes even browse the porn website. It really affects their normal life and will give them bad effect in the future. So, when we benefit the convenience the technology gives us, we should consider how to use it effectively.

Now we realize that it is misuse of technology rather than technology itself may threaten or damage our lives. Technology is only a tool which we create for the purpose to solve problems. But if we use it improperly, it will certainly have the opposite effect. Besides the example of internet, the nuclear technology is also a good instance. The nuclear technology can afford us electric power and cause less pollution than traditional methods such as burning carbon. It can give us a clean world and meet the demand of electricity. But if the nuclear technology is misused in military, expressly nuclear weapon here, we will suffer in a terrible and unpeaceful world.

In sum, we should continue to improve our technology, in the meanwhile, we should pay more attention to how to use it. Technology can give us benefit and convenience if we utilize it properly. It also can give us agony and disaster if we misuse it.

Now we realize that it is misuse of technology rather than technology itself may threaten or damage our lives. Technology is only a tool which we create for the purpose to solve problems(Technology is only a tool that we use to solve problems). But if we use it improperly, it will certainly have the opposite effect. Besides the example of internet, the nuclear technology is also a good instance. The nuclear technology can afford (不如用provide us with electric power)us electric power and cause less pollution than traditional methods such as burning carbon. It can give us a clean world and meet the demand of electricity. But if the nuclear technology is misused in military, expressly(especially) nuclear weapon here, we will suffer in a terrible and unpeaceful world( we would have suffer from terror and unpeace in the world)

文章结构很合理，例子也不错。但是都是简单句的罗列，建议穿插一些复杂句。另外多一些联结词会比较好，如 however, furthermore,moreover, to sum up等。
