移民部的解释是说入籍以后随便跑，但是就怕那个居住意愿条款被滥用。

加拿大现在pr还凑活，入籍太tm坑了，6年住4年，留学这段又不算时间了，关键入籍申请一交你要敢离开加拿大直接一个不愿意住在加拿大的帽子扣过来直接gg了。保守党真tm黑啊

看了一下，这次的修改强化了对申请者在加拿大的实际居留时间的要求。

Citizenship applicants will need to be physically present in Canada for a total of four out of their last six years. In addition, they will need to be physically present in Canada for 183 days per year for at least four of those six years.

不仅由原来的五年住满三年改为六年住满四年，更具体规定了每年需要住的天数。这样，一年中至少有半年要在加拿大才行。

Finally, the amendments bring Canada in line with most of our peer countries, by providing that citizenship can be revoked from dual nationals who are convicted of serious crimes such as terrorism, high treason and spying offences (depending on the sentence received) or who take up arms against Canada. Permanent residents who commit these acts will be barred from citizenship.

公民身份可以被撤销这一点应该是大家关心的，但发言稿里只说双重国籍的如果犯了严重罪行会被撤销，其他情况看来还要再查一下具体的法案内容，我觉得似乎不会这么简单。

总体来说，由于留学生的英语普遍不是问题，而且国内也不承认双国籍，所以此次的修改对我们来说影响不算太大，我反而觉得在规范制度和社会发展上面可能是好事，毕竟有更多人为加拿大做贡献才会有更多的税收和福利的保障。

关于居留加拿大时间的具体法案细节：
c) is a permanent resident within the meaning of subsection 2(1) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, has, subject to the regulations, no unfulfilled conditions under that Act relating to his or her status as a permanent resident and has, since becoming a permanent resident,
(i) been physically present in Canada for at least 1,460 days during the six years immediately before the date of his or her application,
(ii) been physically present in Canada for at least 183 days during each of four calendar years that are fully or partially within the six years immediately before the date of his or her application, and
(iii) met any applicable requirement under the Income Tax Act to file a return of income in respect of four taxation years that are fully or partially within the six years immediately before the date of his or her application;

(c.1) intends, if granted citizenship,
(i) to continue to reside in Canada,
(ii) to enter into, or continue in, employment outside Canada in or with the Canadian Armed Forces, the federal public administration or the public service of a province, otherwise than as a locally engaged person, or
(iii) to reside with his or her spouse or common-law partner or parent, who is a Canadian citizen or permanent resident and is employed outside Canada in or with the Canadian Armed Forces, the federal public administration or the public service of a province, otherwise than as a locally engaged person;
这意思大概是派驻海外的情况还是允许的吧。。

(1.02) Any day during which an applicant for citizenship was a permanent resident within the meaning of subsection 2(1) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act and was employed outside Canada in or with the Canadian Armed Forces, the federal public administration or the public service of a province, otherwise than as a locally engaged person, shall be treated as equivalent to one day of physical presence in Canada for the purposes of paragraphs (1)(c) and 11(1)(d). 派驻海外确实还是算天数的。
