第一个ISSUE237我是有亲身体会的！呵呵~你可以从HISTORY和PAINTING两个角度来论证啊~
对于HISTORY，historical documents 只是帮助分析的一种数据而已，真正能把他们系统成理论的，只有那些HISTORY方面的专家。
对于PAINTING，一个没有绘画基础的人，用再好的COMPUTER和电子设备也无从下笔，因为绘画需要对艺术的领悟，对造型的把握和对色彩的理解，不是一个没有接受过艺术教育的人能够创作出来的。
我的见解，呵呵。

所谓ETS，就是一群ET，等同于姐妹S，哥们S。。。
由此我明白了GT的难度从何而来。。。

237 Computers and video technology can make facsimiles of original works such as paintings and historical documents available to everyone. The great advantage of this new technology is that it will enable anyone—not just scholars—to conduct in-depth research without having access to the original works.
outline:
position: Computer and video technology do help majority to approach the paintings and historical documents by making facisimilies of original works. However, they are not enough and effective tool for in-depth research.
1, Everyone has a chance to access to the original works by aiding of comoputers and video technology. examples: internet, TV
2, In-depth research have to access to the original works but the facsimiles since any tiny difference result in big diversity in research and even facsimiles will not give any help in research. examples: in archaeology the research of Pyramid
3, Facsimiles are suitable for people to decide which field he or she like to study or to develop the interest or for novices who are fundamental learners.

47 Society does not place enough emphasis on the intellect—that is, on reasoning and other cognitive skills

position: I believe that the society emphasises on the cold logic much. Imagination and emotion are crucial.
1, In education field, the colleges and universities adopt the form of tests and examine with rigit questions and answers to evaluate the intellect level of students
2, In technology field, the industries and companies begin to use assemble line and computer which ossify the mind of workers.
3, However, imagination and emotion are crucial for creativity.

49 Imaginative works such as novels, plays, films, fairy tales, and legends present a more accurate and meaningful picture of human experience than do factual accounts. Because the creators of fiction shape and focus reality rather than report on it literally, their creations have a more lasting significance.
outline:
position: Not all imaginative works present a more accurate and meaningful picture of human experience. Some are and Some are not. And I admit that the imaginative works have a more lasting significance.
1, Some imaginative works presents a more accurate and meaningful picture.  example: autobiography describes the certain famous people's private life which are more accurate and meaningful than reports on the newspaper and TV.
2, More imaginative works does not present accurate and meaningful picture even they twist the fact or truth. examples: hetesy, some religious thoughts, some science fictions
3, However, imaginative works can last a longer time. Since the authors adorn them by simile or metaphor or analogy in rhetoric of literature and always they mix several fascinating roles or aspect  or spirit or experience happening at different place and time into one.

16 Although many people think that the luxuries and conveniences of contemporary life are entirely harmless, in fact, they actually prevent people from developing into truly strong and independent individuals.

position:I admit that the luxuries and conveniences of contemporary life have both advantages and disadvantages. However. they do not prevent people from developing into strong and independent individuals. People are stronger and more independent on spiritual world.
1, advantages: vehicles, have water everywhere not only near the river or the sea, plenty and tasty food ;
2, disadvantages: vehicles pollute the environment, dams destroy the zoology in the river; fertilizer and insertcide jeopardizes the life of both other animals and humans. Yet we can handle the disadvantages.
3, With the so called luxuries and conveniences of contemporary life, people are stronger and more independent,since they do not fear coldness and hunger and desert and so on.

132 The university community consists of three different worlds—the sciences, the humanities, and the social sciences. Because each world operates on its own assumptions and has its own special habits of thinking, rarely is there meaningful interaction among the sciences, the humanities, and the social sciences.
outline:
position: disagree. there is meaningful interaction among them
1, Interactions between the science and the humanities.  examples:Clone technology and inhibition of cloning humans; Nuclear technology and No nuclear weapon  movement.
2, Interaction between the science and the social science. examples: internet makes everyone to access to the highest artistic works, archaeology and history let people know acient social science more clearly.
3, Interaction between the social science and humanities. examples: literature works and paintings present the humanities; people express their inter world by art.
