下面是整个过程。
On that day, I met the VO called no. 1 killer. It was my turn now.
Me: Good morning, Sir.(smile)
VO: (just have a quick look at me, and look at my material and have no any smile till the end) what is your major?
Me: Chemistry
Vo:so you will have a Ph.D program?
Me: Yeah, a Ph.D. program in University of ××.
Vo: what is your specialty?
Me: Inorganic chemistry
Vo: what?
Me: inorganic chemistry( speak slowly,eyes to eyes)
Vo: ok.(then use his computer for two second and then ask) after you graduate,

what will you do?
Me: Of course come back to China. I will establish my own lab. And after some

years,I have enough experience and money, if i find I am really interested in

economy, I will try to own my own company too.(I have no idea he will ask my p

lan so quickly, so speak out this plan. This is my deadly fault.)
Vo: (a little suprised)what project will you do then?
Me:(suprised, how can i know the detailed the project at least 4 years later?

so just say my current project。 but put on calm and said) supermolecular chemistry.
Vo:(use his computer again for two second) what is the finacial assistant?
Me:(suprised too, why ask this question? I had thought he asked my finacial assistant in USA.put on calm) Future advisor.
Vo: no. u want to establish your lab, so how can you get the finance?
Me:(suprised again and realize what he want to know, and think how to say all

kinds of fund,but feel I can not be silence. this time i am not calm.)well, I can submit my finacial ap

plication to my country, with my sound academic background, I can get it.
Vo: I think you can not get the finacial assistant.
Me: oh, why? My academic background is strong, would you like to see my publications?
Vo: no......(maybe say everyone`s background is strong)
Me: In fact, two of my experiment results(i want to tell him my results will be submitted to ××（a very good magazine）, but I have no chance to speak it out.).....
Vo: (interrupt me.)I can not give you visa, I think you can not realize your plan.I have asked you three times, but you can not tell me how you can establis

h your lab.
Me:oh, sorry I have a bad cold so I can not hear you clearly. But...
Vo: (interrupt! seal down.)....
Me: anyway, thanks.

1000悲剧主要还是自己没准备好答案。很多漏洞，也希望大家帮我指出。另外我的plan实在有问题。
这里有些疑问。
1。读化学的帮我看看，supermolecular和资金难申请是否有一定的关系？我看他问完project查了查电脑，然后问finance，不知道是否有什么问题。
2。国内establish lab和国外的establish lab是否有什么不同？曾听一个国外朋友说，国外establish lab一般是指为商业服务的高科技孵化器（或许我说我也可能尝试建公司，也让VO更加误解了。）。
3。如果我想2000的时候弱化建实验室的说法，直接说：after graduation, due to my carreer plan and family, i will come back.I hope to be a famous professor and have my own research lab. Of course, it is my long term plan, and it is not easy for me to realize it quickly. So I will join the research group of Prof. ××× first. And after I have enough money, I will be a boss myself to have my own research group. 如果我这样说的话，是否是change plan呢？因为我把company的事情删了，毕竟如果还要说的话，怕太长太罗索了，VO不听。我想我的重点是把establish lab和作professor的关系说清楚。是这样的吗？
4。2000VO问我plan的时候，我是否要自己直接说清楚可能得到的finacial assistant呢？还是等VO问再说啊？还有大家是否有比较多的finacial assistant的信息啊？
5。2000的话，VO不会揪你1000被拒的原因吗？我怎么看到现在都没在签经上看到这方面信息啊。

问了很多问题，谢谢大家耐心看完。希望得到大家能回答我的问题，并帮我多找漏洞，（我的漏洞实在很好好像，ashamed.）
包括表情手势等等漏洞都欢迎提出。谢谢。

i think the problem here is:
when he asked : what will you do?

don't put "come back to China" as fist, just tell him your planning to establish your career here,. and tell him how wonderful it is to do it in china.

If you just say I will beback, he won;t believe it and has doubt on your word.
