In this argument, the arguer concludes that if one man expects to sell his home quickly and at a good price, he should utilize Adams. To convince his argument, the arguer points out that Adams' real estate agents, last year revenue and home sales are more than Fitch. At the same time, some of Fitch's agents who work are part-time. And the arguer's experience makes him think the Adams sell velocity quicker than Fitch. However, through analyzing, the argument which is proposed by the arguer is groundless as it stands.(7min)

First of all, the arguer makes a casual relation between the real estate firm capability and their processing real estate agent number. Commonsense tells that the quantity could not stand for the quality, especially now the arguer has not provided other evidence. Judging whether the real estate agents could affect the effect of real estate firms to the town, the arguer ought to supply the scale of town, the potentials of real estate, the economical state in the town and the like. Without those, we could not think Adams is better than Fitch because of the obvious reason that it is possible that the economical capability in town only afford a few agents living. Thus, even though some workers are part-time in the Fitch, which could not be a reasonable evidence for the arguer.

Secondly, only by last year revenue and average home sales could not strongly establish the arguer comment. If the arguer wants to appraise the ability of two firms according to their income, he must give more static, for depending on the last year revenue every one would hesitate whether the Fitch year revenue is far better than Adams except last year. The home sale is an unsubstantial reason too. The average price sometimes relies on which kinds of house the firm manages. If Adams solely deals with high price house, its average price naturally higher than Fitch which may makes all kinds of house. Or if Fitch prefer to sell low-price house, its average price evidently is not as good as the Adams.

Thirdly, the experience of respectively selling arguer’s home in Adams and Fitch might not justifiable show that the Adams is better than Fitch. On the one hand, the span of selling time is more than 10 years. It is undoubted that the real estate market changes rapidly, and even passing a moment, the market demand would display amazing difference. On the other hand, the arguer has not given off the concrete information of those houses he sold. Therefore, we could not rule out the possibility that the two house own completely variance. Consequently, the selling velocity could not be calculated only by considering the time.

In sum, the arguer has not reasonable testify his argument enough. To strengthen his viewpoint, he should offer more information that is the economical state in town, the detailed data about each firm's agents, two firm year avenue during last ten years and their major selling subject in real estate. If we want to agree on the arguer point, we still need the evidences that the condition of the arguer selling house.
