1. Argument 1 先体会一篇吧已经耗了1个小时

The following appeared in a memorandum written by the vice president of Nature's Way, a chain of stores selling health food and other health-related products.

"Previous experience has shown that our stores are most profitable in areas where residents are highly concerned with leading healthy lives. We should therefore build our next new store in Plainsville, which has many such residents. Plainsville merchants report that sales of running shoes and exercise clothing are at all-time highs. The local health club, which nearly closed five years ago due to lack of business, has more members than ever, and the weight training and aerobics classes are always full.
We can even anticipate a new generation of customers: Plainsville's schoolchildren are required to participate in a 'fitness for life' program, which emphasizes the benefits of regular exercise at an early age."
结论：我们应在Plainsville建新的连锁店
理由：以往的经历说，在居民高度关注健康方式的地区，我们店面赚钱的可能性最大。
1 P地的商报表明，鞋子和运动衣一直紧俏。
2 当地健身俱乐部成员增多。
3 健身课堂总是满员。
4 也许新一代儿童都要参加健身课。
1+2+3+4是店面能赚钱的证据。因为P地区有1 2 3 4 点-àP地区开店一定能赚钱。
1 以往经验只能作为参考，不能完全套用，因为以往经验的建立跟环境有关，所以不能完全根据以往经验决定未来的路线。这个是逻辑核心。没有从实际出发，明显的经验主义。
2 P区关注健康1+2+3+4，所以在P地区设店一定赚钱的可能性最大。未必一一列出原因

Argument 2
2. The following appeared in a letter sent by a committee of homeowners from the Deerhaven Acres to all homeowners in Deerhaven Acres.

"Seven years ago, homeowners in nearby Brookville community adopted a set
of restrictions on how the community's yards should be landscaped and what colors the exteriors of homes should be painted. Since then, average property values have tripled in Brookville. In order to raise property values in Deerhaven Acres, we should adopt our own set of restrictions on landscaping and house painting."
几年前，B社区附近房子遵守同一装饰限制后升值-à为增值，D社区房子也采用一套装饰限制。
逻辑错误，1 B地经验一定适应D地。经验主义
主要攻击点

2 B地增值的原因是采用了装饰限制。在1的前提下不攻自破。

反驳，1 几年前的条件跟现在有很大差别。不能套用他人的经验。
2 B增值原因多样，可能供不应求，可能是政府政策带动，也可能B社区环境好（自然环境），D区这样做未必会增值。

3.The following appeared in a newspaper article about law firms in the city of Megalopolis.

"In Megalopolis, the number of law school graduates who went to work for large, corporate firms declined by 15 percent over the last three years, whereas an increasing number of graduates took jobs at small, general practice firms. Even though large firms usually offer much higher salaries, law school graduates are choosing to work for the smaller firms most likely because they experience greater job satisfaction at smaller firms. In a survey of first-year students at a leading law school, most agreed with the statement that earning a high salary was less important to them than job satisfaction. This finding suggests that the large, corporate firms of Megalopolis will need to offer graduates more benefits
and incentives and reduce the number of hours they must work."
结论：M地大公司需要给毕业生改革吸引毕业生。
结果：过去三年法律毕业生到大律师所工作的减少了15%，而到小律师所就业的多了。
原因是：1即使大地提供薪水高，到小地工作的毕业生最可能是因为那里工作满足感高。
2第一年毕业的学生大多数同意挣钱多不如满足感重要
3 M地大公司没有给毕业生更多的刺激动力，减少工作时间。
结果-à结论？主逻辑链
1 M大地是否需要改革取决于多种因素。当地治安好了，不要那么多律师了，M大地没必要花心思吸引那么多毕业生。科学技术带来了方便，劳动量少了，不要那么多人干活了，大批的人也许都要下岗，M大地都成了香饽饽，怎么还会俯下身改？
原因-à结果？
大律师事务所挣钱多，满足感少；小地挣钱少，满足感多；而毕业生更注重满足感。所以小地毕业生多。
