Correction Stub Instructions
1. If there are any errors, print the correct information in the space directly below the incorrectly printed items. Names changes are not allowed. Address corrections should be made in the space provide.

2. Also shown are the undergraduate institution code and graduate insittution codes you indicated.
-----------to delete a score recipint, rpint the word "DELETE" in the the space under the code.
-----------to add a score recipient, enter the institution's code number ( for the code list in the BULLETION) in andy unused set of boxed.
----------A plus (+) means a number is invalide or inactive. CHeck the code list in BULLITION, If the code number is correct, the indicator means that the institution does not recieve GRE scores.
----------Asterisks(*****) means that the number is not listed, write in the full name of the institution,
-----------to change a score reciptent, cross out the code number and enter the new score recipint's code number under the crossed-out code.
--------- If an institution you wish to designate is not listed, write in the full name of the institution.
3。if adding or changing a score reciption, enter the code for the institution and/or department and indicate the scores you want reported.
4. SCore REport Codes:
G=General Test Scores
S=Subject Test Scores
W=Writing Assessment SCores
N=NO scores(undergradute institution only)
if no scores report is indicated, ALL　Ｓｃｏｒｅｓ　Ｗｉｌｌ　ｂｅ　ＲＥｐｏｒｔｅｄ．

To add, correct or change GRE score recipients on your registration form, make the desired changes on the correction stub attched to your admission ticket. Mail the stub so that it will reach ETS no later than the Friday before the test date for which you registered. You may also e-mail your corrections to gre-info@ets.org. Any requests to add, delete or change score recipients received after the Friday before the test date must be accompanied by $15 per institution.

我先在bulletin上查到学校和专业代码，然后写email给ets，（最好写上考试的登记号，以便他们查询，当然也可以写上你名字，考试时间等其他信息，他也可以通过这些查到你的信息），告诉他们我想用email的方式添加学校，如果可以的话，让他们给我添上。
过了一天就收到他们的回信说给我添上了，效率真高。
所以大家可以不用花银子去寄国际信件了，用email可以同样搞定，而且更快捷哦。
by the way，最好不要用sina的邮箱，用yahoo的吧，sina的好像收不到他们的回信。在他们ets收到邮件后会有一个自动回复，这就表明你的信件成功发给他们了，同时也说明你的邮箱没有问题，如果没有收到这封自动回复的信件（一天之内），那就重新换一个邮箱写吧。

我是于4月28日收到ets的准考证和correction stub， 但是发现上面的送分学校是空白，一所也没有。通过email 和ets 进行联系，今天终于把这个问题解决了，给遇到同样问题的gter提个醒，希望有所帮助，为大家节约点时间。
出现这种情况，可以给ets发一封email（地址为gre-info@ets.org),信中要包含你的详细地址和信息，具体是
Last name (surname or family name):
First name:
Address at the time of the test:
Current postal mailing address:
Date of birth:
Registration number/Confirmation number:
Test date:

然后可以填你所选择的四所送分学校的名称、代码、专业和其代码，代码可以从bulletin上查（www.51test.com上可以下载），最后记着联系必须在6月4号之前， 否则就要收money了，哈哈   
另外，当ets收到你的email后，他会发一封信进行信息确认，如果对了，就万事ok了，不用在用regular mail把那张表邮寄回去了。（这一点我专门问过了）

step1, 最好还是先询问一下，把需要补充的内容问清楚，地址是gre-info@ets.org，然后当时会给你一封系统自动的回复，大概三天左右会有答复！
step2, 一般让写学校代码和专业代码（51test的Bulletin上有），名字不用写不过把你的笔试代号给写上！
btw, 学校的名字可写可不写, 不过Bulletin上写的有些不清楚，比如有的学校不同专业的不同分部代码也不一样，如果写上学校名字的话小米会帮你check一下，偶当时写的4个就错了一个代码，最后又发回去更改的。还有就是Bulletin上面的学校代码undergraduate和graduate school都是一样的，我专门问过。
每封信都是3~5天有回复，至于你说的在准考证上更改我也不知道是什么意思，大概考证背面的内容是根据那些把考证寄回ets更改的人说的。不知道说没说清楚...

不过还是推荐用email对笔考准考证做更改：快，方便，省钱。寄送Correction Stub速度慢，而如果用EMS的话薄薄一张纸也得上百大元邮费。
