法律是保护弱者的武器，但法律的前提是人民的遵守和认可。
1法律承诺保护人民并给予福利，人民同时也要遵守法律。不能因为个人利益而否认法律的公平性。
2不公平法律产生的原因既有个人的贪婪和仇恨也有社会的政体和时代限制
3高于人们制造的法律的是自然法，顺应时代发发展，尊重人们应得自由，平等，权利，并成为法律革新的动力。

Ruled by law is the core of any democratic society to keep stability and harmony of people, especially to protect such vulnerable groups as disabled from being bullied by other groups of people. However, the prerequisite of rule by law is the respect and obedience from the populace.

The state promises to protect the individual and to promote his well-being, and in turn, the individual promises to respect the state and obey its laws. The laws experienced by centuries and modified in accordance with development of the society can lead populace to discriminating right from wrong. According to different values and interests, a thousand people are likely to have a thousand different standards to evaluate th justice of a law which will more likely result in anarchy in the society. If every one disobey so-called unjust laws according to their own interest, the whole city will be resulted into a danger of collapse. It is human nature to seize the truth stand on the side of his own, and it does not exist absolute justice equal for every individuals.

It is no denying that there exists a natural law superior to the law established by human being and from which the former is originated as to protect such inalienable rights of man as liberty, equality and rights of property. Unjust laws established by human beings always dues to some factors of individuals and society. On individual level, personal limitation such as adversity, discrimination and revenge always contribute to make unjust decisions. While in the social level, different value of system and politics mislead the whole populace far from justice. Given the death of Socrates for example, the church turned against its most brilliant and virtuous citizen for fearing of the consequence of Socrates’ encouraging young people to question traditional beliefs and sentence Socrates to death.

Therefore, natural law instead of value system of an individual or a certain society is the standard against which the justice of a human law to be judged. Based on the principle in the natural law, we can take reasonable and effective ways to resist unjust law. Since Henry David Thoreau proclaimed his position-Civil Disobedience to resist unjust laws by eschewing violence as a technique, the ideas were adopted by many people with keen perspective and desire of liberty. Mohandas Gandhi leaded the Indians resistance to British colonel rule and Martin Luther King struggle for civil rights cost his life.

可是,我总觉得写得有些跑题,先不说对不对应题目,就这篇作文本身而言,自身的三段之间,我感觉好像逻辑性也不是很强.
再对应上题目,楼主的好像没有明确的表态到底同意不同意题目的观点,对自己的观点也没有有力的支持.

永不逃避是人们在面对挑战时所表现出来的人类精神
