Governments shouldfocus more on solving the immediate problems of today rather thantrying to solve the anticipated problems of the future.

In the era of fast development on both economicand technology, the governments of all countries have to face to more and moreproblems which are caused in various areas such as political problems, economicproblems, social problems and environment problems. Some of the problems areneeded to solve immediately while the others remain inherent at the moment orhaven't widely broke out yet. The focus of the government should keep a balancein which both immediate problems and anticipated problems should be considereda lot.

Solving immediate problems is helpful forsolving anticipated problems. On one hand, if the government solves immediateproblems well, people will have more confidence in the governing ability of thegovernment and will try their best supporting the work in which the governmentfocus on solving the anticipated problems. On the other hand, the process ofsolving immediate problems will give much valuable experience and importanthint on solving anticipated problems.

If government doesn't solve immediateproblems, they will be more harmful and affective. We can't expect the problemsautomated gone if no work has been done. Reversely, it will make a continuousimpact and become more and more dangerous.

However, if the government over focus onsolving immediate problems and take no effort on solving anticipate problems,they will become immediate problems. And more and more immediate problems willlead that the government is busy solving immediate problems and have noadditional time to focus on anticipate problems. This will make a badcirculation.

Anticipated problems can be prevented byless cost. Not all the problems can be solved completely when it really happened.The actions can only be taken to reduce the damage or even have no efforts. Thewarm of the climate can't be dismissed while we can only reduce the speed. Ifwe only focus on it when the climate has been too hot to live, the result ishorrible and serious. The shortage of source is another problem which has littleefforts on our lives today. Try to imagine that only when finding out that nooil exists, we begin to take efforts. All we can do is waiting to die. So someproblems must prevent from happening, once it happened, everything is late.

If no action taken to prevent problems fromhappening, the people will suffer from one problem after one problem. Finally,they will have no confidence in the ability of governments. The government mayhave no chance to solve new problems because people don't contend with it.

The government which focus on solvingimmediate problems and take no efforts on solving anticipated problems will betired while the government which focus on solving anticipated problems and takeno efforts on solving immediate problems will be criticized. So the governmentshould keep a balance on both immediate problems and anticipated problems.

思路明确的，语言没怎么改，有一些错误，自己再读一下吧。
个人觉得段落太多了，而且都较短阿，有的没有展开。与其写上自己的各种想法，还不如挑几个来展开，详细说明并论证。
