同意观点
1.人虽然在一些事情上不能选择，但是生活中却充满了更多的可以选择-〉人生就是“选择的艺术”；
2.人们常说“没有选择必须做某事”，其实是选择不称心如意，而不是没有选择；
3.自由的做出选择是每个人的权利，但是这种自由必须在社会现实和自己社会责任个人责任所限制。

Is the absence of choice a rare circumstance?I agree with this assertion,primarily because it is in accordance with the common sense and our everyday experience as human beings.And the case that sometimes we have no choice or we could not make choice as our wish is so rational,because we are entities restricted in a society with all kinds of affiliations.

Even though in some respects the choice is beyond our power or faculty of choosing,for example the gender,our parents and motherland,we make choices and dicisions every day on a continuous basis.Common sense dicates that humans all have free will and the desiration to design the track of the lives themselves,making the absence of choice very rare.Even in the circumstances that sometimes seemingly offer no choice,the people could still retains choices.For example,no matter what gender you are and which country you are from and whether your family are affluent or impecunious,you can ultimatly make your life a quite different one,trying your best to take some better choices when you are facing with complicated situations
during the pivotal period of your life,such as chooseing your university and major and even your lovers.

People often claims that they "have no choice but do",seeming that life's circumstances leave them with "no choice".This is not meant to be taken literally.The real meaing of this tag is that the choices might be not perfect for their lives or totally contented for their requirement.For example,a man complaining "he has no choice but do this hateful job" is probably just unsatisfied with the low salary,but he can try the job-hopping or other choices.So all we need is time and knowledge to seek and consider the choices hidden behind "no choice",considering the situation from other angles.

As stated above,we all have free will and the desiration to design the track of the lives ourselves.In true life,however,we could not make our choices without any restriction.The choices might be restricted by both the personal responsibility and the social responsibility,that is,your could only choose the ones benefiting yourself and others,otherwise you would be
punished by laws or condemned by morality or consensus.What's more,your decisions should be feasible in the real world,or else they would just be called "dreams" or "escapism" rather than "choices".

In sum,despite the fact that we all experience occasional feelings of being trapped and having no choice,the statement is fumdamentally correct.The process of our lives is in some sense "the art of choosing".All we should do is to making the choices better for ourselves and for the world,and enjoy the colorful outcomes stemming from our decisions.
