Most people recognize the benefits of individuality, but the fact is that personal economic success requires conformity.
In the modern society, more and more people go on the way to persue economic success, so it seems a popular question—how can we get to climax of economy? It’s good for them to find power in themselves which is individual exertion, but conformity which mentioned in the claim is necessary too.

It is true that nowadays more and more people realize the importance of individuality through success gain by others as well as themselves. There are two factors lying under individuality which lead to personal economic success. in the eye-economy erea, businessmen win much more guests by inventing new sales methods. For example, Li jiacheng, a distinguished businessman, puts forward a new method to sell buildings by floor which is more convient for
Customs and more profitable for businessman. This method hits the great success which lays a crucial fundament to Li’s prosperity. Secondly, individuality mean you have to make decisions on yourselves, take risks on yourselves and enjoy profits on yourselves. This is a strong inside motive which urges everyone to work hard in his own seak. Just like A student cannot gain academic success unless he realize his study will do himself good not his parents.The same reason lies in economical success.

Though it’s important to keep creative and responsible on the way persuing personal success, we still cannot omit the effect of conformity which means obedience and cooperation. Those who want to earn money by business exchanges breaking law have the greatest risk of losing everything even their lives. Businessmen cheating or defalting in their promissaries and products always pay a heavy price for their unhonest behavior. Not only obedience, cooperation is another rule everyone should follow, because The whole world now is a big unity. As for business, there seems an invisible thread linking different businessmen together, from producing, through advertising to saling. To focus of a certain business field it’s more often for a businessman to play one role in this thread. Thus he has to cope with communicate with his partners.

From analysis above, personal economical success requires individuality as well as conformity, otherwise it would be a great mistake. It is alert to point out that these two factors are of the same necessary and they are not exclusive to each other, because more and more people go too far in the way of individuality. These persons only concentrate on their own affairs, which would limit their view of things and thus affect their decision-making. They don’t trust others’ ability and personality so that they are troubled by inspecting every details in business. They gain personal interests on the price of others as much as possible. Eventually, they find what they earn is less than what they lose and they are far away from success.

Individuality characterized by Independent decision and critic thoughts leads to creation and responsibility. Prosperity of modern business rely on distribution of work and cooperation, and good business environment is based on obedience to law and principal social rules. With these things considered, we can conclude that individuality play as an inner reason while conformity an outside reason, both of which contribute to the personal economical success.
