Task1The chart below shows the amount spent on six consumer goods in four European countries.
The chart reveals the information about sales statues of consumer goods among four European countries, the six major categories of merchandises are personal stereos, tennis racquets, perfumes, CDs, toys and photographic film. It can be seen from the chart that British people spend the most amount money on every type of goods.

British spend almost 155 thousands pounds on personal stereos, 5 thousands more than the other three countries. French spend the least amount money on tennis racquets, about 145 thousands a year and nearly 10 thousands less than British. As is shown in the graph, British spend almost 160 thousands pounds on perfumes and French and German spend about 150 thousands pounds and approximately 5 thousands less than Italian. CDs is the third largest portion of the amount of money spend a year, which British spend almost 162 thousands and 4 thousands more than French, Italian just spend 150 thousands and German spend the least, nearly 148 thousands. Every year, about 170 thousands pounds money are spent by British, 150 thousands by German, and nearly 160 thousands by French and Italian on Toys. Among the six types of consumer goods, it is evidently that photographic films account the most proportion, British and French spend more than 170 and almost 160 thousands pounds on respectively, whereas Italian spend nearly 158 thousands and German just consume less than 150 thousands on the films.

Topic: Does travel help to promote understanding and communication between countries?————————————————————————————————————————————————————————

提纲：
第一段：不同文明之间应该加强交流和理解，通过旅游，可以有效的达到这一目的。
第二段：全球化，包括经济和文化两个层面，不可避免的带来了不同文明之间的冲突，日益成为世界的主要问题和潜在不安定因素之一。
第三段：不同的文明各自之间有缺点也有优点，只有通过互相交流和学习，各个文明之间才能很好的互补，取长补短，共同发展。
第四段：在旅游的过程中，不可避免的要和当地的人交流，了解当地的风土人情，然后将所见所闻带回到自己的国家。14世界的意大利人马可波罗，从中国旅行结束之后，将中国的带回到欧洲，也将欧洲的带给中国。由此可见，旅游的确可以促进文明之间的交流。
第五段：总而言之，在现代社会，不只是人与人之间的交流日趋重要，国家和国家之间的交流和理解也尤为重要，只有这样，才能营造一个和平的世界。而旅游在这一过程中，将当之无愧的承担非常重要的角色。

It is very important that understanding and communications among different cultures. In my opinion, travel can promote this progress significantly.

Globalization inevitably bring impacts between nations in recent decades, increasingly become a major problems and potential factors that may conduce culture collisions. Since the barrier in language and geography, it is certain that lacking of understanding between peoples with quite different culture background and religions, thus naturally generate a huge number of needless misunderstandings and frictions. For a simply instance, the action “nod” represent agreeing and identify with somebody in most coutures, however, the meaning of this action is completely opposite in India, where nod express disagreement. Dragon is a symbol of absolutely prestige and emperor in Chinese culture, but it is described as monsters in most Western countries, which is a very classical examples to illustrate the culture differences.

Every cultures each has strong as well as inferior points. United States is the leader of the world in the science and technology areas undoubtedly, while in art kingdom, such as painting and music, US cannot compare with some European countries. Western medicine have very fast and obvious healing effect but at the same time have a lot of boring side effects unavoidably, however, although Chinese Traditional Medicine need a long period of treatment, yet have minor adverse effect to human body.From these examples, it can be seen the necessity and importance of learning each other between different nations.

In the process of travelling, one must communicate with local people and thus understand the customs of other nationalities. Take Marco Polo for instance, who is a Italian traveller, in 14th century, he travelled from Europe to China and stayed in this country for several years, in this period, he learn a lot of things like “black powder” and “compass” what were invented by Chinese and then were introduced to Europeans when he returned to home, these advanced techniques brought enormous influences to European civilizations and even to the whole world. So travelling indeed have very significant effect in promoting exchanges between different cultures.

In sum, in modern society, we cannot emphasize too much the importance of communications between countries and travelling, undoubtedly play a vital role in this mission.

PS：这两篇作文都超时了，尤其是第一篇图表题，对于那种很复杂的图，常常写起来感觉很难受，就跟记流水账似的，不知道怎么写才好。
第二篇字数稍微有些多了，大概用了1个多小时，第一篇半小时左右。

task1 好像很多词都重复用,不怎么会改,我也写了一篇

The chart reveals the information about how much money is spent on the merchandises, such as Personal stereos, Tennis racquets, Perfumes, CDs, Toys and Photographic film among four European countries. These goods cost the most in Britain, then followed by France and Italy as a whole.

There is a significant difference that the British spends most amount of money on Photographic film, about 170 thousand pounds while it just costs nearly 145 thousand pounds in Germany. Moreover, the British uses a considerable amoun of money on each consumer goods compared to other three countries. However, Germans spend almost equally on each type of products which achieves nearly 148 thousand pounds. The figure also shows that Toys cost the similar prices in average of 158 thousand pounds between France and Italy. On the other hand, all the four countries pay the appropriate amount of money on Personal stereos that reach approximately 150 thousand pounds. Britishes spend more money on such consumer goods than others in totally.
