Some people like to do only what they already do well. Other people prefer to try new things and take risks. Which do you prefer? Use specific reasons and examples to support your choice.
In such a hectic and changing society, people are faced with a numerous number of things to choose, including education, occupation and so on. Some people like to do only what they already do well, while others have a preference for trying new things and taking risks. Personally, I maintain that the latter is more advantageous for several reasons.
As an old saying goes “Experience is source of knowledge”. To try new things and take risks enable people to acquire new experience and knowledge.
In the process of trying new things, people will be faced with many hardships and difficulties. In order to find the solution for these problems, they will keep on working hard consistently. This will to some extent, assist them to gain the knowledge that they even wouldn’t to learn otherwise. Once they master the new knowledge, they will use them to benefit their lives.
Another well-known benefit of trying new things is that it can help people to have a good career preparation. Being a member of such a competitive society, it’s crucial for people to enrich their horizons and minds provided that they want to have better-off lives. Thus, it’s essential for them to notice their disadvantages and correct them in time. When people try to experience something new, they will easily find out their deficiency so that they can put effort to make up them. The more deficiency they find out, the more chances for them to perfect themselves and the more likely for them to get a wonderful future and career.
When faced with this issue, everyone would hold different ideas. But according to my personality, to try new things and take risks is more useful and challengeable. 作者: caoxuemei 时间: 2010-8-12 18:59:59
