The University of Iowa now has limited space available for conditional admission for the summer 2011 session. We would like to know if you are interested in conditional admission.
Your admission will be conditional because you have not met the minimum TOEFL or IELTS requirement. You will be required to enroll fulltime in the Iowa Intensive English Program (IIEP) until you have met the minimum requirements to begin your degree program. You do not need to apply to the IIEP. You will be automatically placed in the IIEP at the beginning of your conditional admission. While a student in the IIEP, you are not allowed to take regular university courses and are subject to the rules and regulations set by the IIEP.
Additional information will be sent if you are interested in our offer. You will need to arrive in campus by May 22nd, 2011. Please also let us know if you want us to cancel your application to The University of Iowa.

请问这是不是正规的conditional admission啊？就是语言合格就可以转入本科学习的那种？为什么第一句说的是conditional admission for the summer 2011 session？不是应该是fall 2011 session吗？
