Although at this time I do not have any research funding to support you, it may be possible for you to receive a Graduate Teaching Assistantship (GTA) open to new incoming PhD students, which would cover your tuition and pay you an $18,000 USD stipend for the first year, and possibly for a second. The GTA position would require that you work 20 hours a week, assisting in teaching of undergraduate courses (likely in acoustics).
