2014 Fall and 2015 Spring SMU MICS Lab Opening

Multiple Graduate Research Assistant (GRA) at Mixed-signal Integrated Circuit and System (ICS) Lab http://lyle.smu.edu/~gsbyun/

Mulitple full-time graduate research positions (PhD preferred) for National Science Foundation (NSF)/Semiconductor Research Corporation (SRC) projects open (at least 2-3 GRAs who will get full-support such as full tuition, annual salary and benefit).

The strongest candidate will have below knowledge.

        Basic Cadence Integrated Circuit (IC) design experience at nanometer process
        Basic Mixed-signal (both Analog and Digital) or RF IC design

Start date will be as earliest as possible (e.g. Earlier Aug. 2014 or 2015 Spring).
