有像安省那样黑纸白字写明九月到六月要保持室温21度以上吗？房东三月底回国就把暖气关了，现在只有不到十度，老房子挺冷的。我受不了又把暖气开了后房东威胁说不关暖气就扣房租，residential tenancy act 也找不到明文规定

Section 32
32 (1) A landlord must provide and maintain residential property in a state of decoration and repair that

(a) complies with the health, safety and housing standards required by law, and
(b) having regard to the age, character and location of the rental unit, makes it suitable for occupation by a tenant.

签合同了么？签了的话怼死丫的。没签的话更好，光租房没合同这事就能怼死丫的。证据和聊天记录留好，拍照拍视频找证人。
这种败类也就欺负欺负刚来的同胞，在加拿大房东敢和租客嚣张.....也是勇敢
