Job Duties:
* Provide full spectrum of high quality personal assistance and secretarial support to the Manager
* Draft and proofread general correspondence, emails, memos, letters, presentations and reports
* Handle telephone correspondence efficiently; record all urgent messages and other important matters in a timely manner;
* Undertake ad-hoc assignments and related duties when needed.
Requirements:
* Strong Organization and administrative Skills
* Strong Computer Skills and proficient in Chinese typing
* Proficient in Cantonese or Mandarin and English language
* Proficient in computer software
* Strong communication and interpersonal Skills
* Work independently
