Research Assistant in Responsible Business
CEIBS (China Europe International Business School)
China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) seeks a full-time Research Assistant in the area of Responsible Business Strategy and Leadership. Working together with a team of Faculty Researchers, this person will actively engage in academic and practical research on the theme of Economics of Mutuality (EOM). EOM is a management innovation that stresses the need for business to cultivate four critical capitals (financial, social, human, and environmental) as a path to business growth and success (see https://economicsofmutuality.com/ for more information). CEIBS professors are exploring this model in the context of China Business, and seek a skilled and passionate research collaborator.
Job Responsibilities:
· Academic research
· Case development
· Teaching support
· Administrative support (corporate interface, organizing workshops, etc.)
Desirable experiences, skills and competencies include:
· Passion for Responsible Business Leadership, Environmental Sustainability, CSR, Social Enterprise, etc.
· Post-Graduate degree in relevant discipline (e.g., Business, Economics, etc.)
· Research training and/or experience (Qualitativeand Quantitative)
· Strong writing skills
· Critical thinking
· Ability to work independently
· Bilingual Chinese/English
· Work experience in an academic settingand/or in CSR / environmental sustainability is a plus.
