Job Responsibilities
Assist management in sourcing and maintaining of new and existing banking facilities.
Coordinate with financial institutions to prepare credit proposals, memorandum, due diligence packages and other materials as requested.
Perform industry research and financial analysis including financial modeling and valuation.
Assist the line manger to prepare monitoring documents for existing banking facilities and other debt facilities.
Assist the line manager to prepare quarterly management accounts and audit report supporting documents.
Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
University Degree or above preferably in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
Previous experience in audit firm or accounting will be an asset
Self-motivated, independent, willing to work under pressure
Excellent command in spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin
Proficient in MS Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Comfortable in frequent travels between mainland cities and Hong Kong
Immediate availability preferred
