Here is an internship opportunity provided by a subsidiary of a listed diversified financial group in Shanghai. Main businesses of the company include private equity investments, wealth and asset management.
This is a three months internship, which will provide an opportunity to directly work with private equity fund manager and asset management team, the contents including:
Participate in various aspects of the private equity investments from design to landing.
Assist in conducting due diligence work include financial modeling, valuation, competitive analyses, market research/database etc.
Prepare presentations for marketing, client conferences, offshore private equity strategy discussions, and investment committee memoranda.
Participate in meetings and conference calls, and prepare meeting notes for internal investment discussions.
Liaise with internal function teams (compliance, finance, hrm) and external parties (bank, fund admin. and legal counsel).
Require degree holder in Finance related disciplines. Able to work 2 full days per week from Oct. 2020.
