Now I mainly focus on 2 programs. They are:
Washington University in St Louis MArch 2 years
UIUC MArch(first professional) 2 years
The first program is awarded with some financial aid. UIUC offers me admission, but state university cost less tuition fee.

My short-term goal is trying every efforts to find a job in professional design company in US after my graduation.(I know it's really tough in job market these years) So I prefer to some programs more practical and have more chances to practice.Basically I learn from their websites and find WUSTL and UIUC seem to be pratical (contrast to digital apperace in Ivy's web). Besides, WUSTL is in St Loius, and UIUC is near Chicago.I used to decide to choose WUSTL,as it seems to have a big name.However I have been told many times that the safety in St Louis might be a big problem.I am very worried on it.

I am looking for advices~Thanks

其实安全问题WUSTL真的没必要怎么考虑。。。。
来回上学都有校车晚上到2点早上5点多
感觉比中国的高校大学城安全。。
决定性的建议主要是看自己想要学什么
去看看老师的背景尤其是STUDIO的老师

Security is NOT a concern at all here in WashU. You won't be disappointed!

刚从wash u field trip回来，感觉比uiuc的建筑系大，人多，中国人今年都赶到一个studio了，以thu为首，特热闹。而且正赶上open house，看起来学校还是很阔绰的。

不过，我不是march的，对uiuc的建筑不大了解，就听一个姐妹儿说要转学，原因是规划转建筑要上3年半。

st. Louis安全也还好，晚上10点半以前，2点以后回家，不走小路就没什么问题，况且学校在市郊的u city里。champaign是纯村儿，到芝加哥要两个多小时。

找工作感觉基本差不多，我们系有好几个st. louis 的project, 招人的公司也有不少是st. louis 的公司。
