If you are preparing to pursue a Ph.D. degree in accounting/finance/economics in the future. Welcome to join the team as a research assistant. I am open to exploring different research topics as long as they are interesting. You are strongly encouraged to apply if you want to work on topics related to the human capital perspective of accounting/finance/auditing research.

Requirements：1. MS or BS degree; 2. Decent English writing skills; 3. Basic econometrics knowledge and familiarity with Stata/SAS; 4. Knowledge of Python or NLP is a plus.

Monthly salary: 8000 RMB
