Nowadays, the human relationship in modern society has already escalated complex, especially indifferent character. In this case, some people hold that juvenile should improve their ability which are plan and organize (abilities of planning and organizing) to adapt in the modern society. However, other people, like me, prefer choosing to train other abilities for young people and I have several reasons to support my viewpoint.
First and foremost, if young people have the ability which is respecting to others, they can be easy to survive in this society. For example, Sylvester Stallone, a famous actor, when he wanted scouts to use his script, he（去掉） had numerous experiences about rejected by scouts transiently.
把这来两句话换一下顺序No matter scouts' attitude were kindness or not, he still showed his modest smile to scouts. Therefore, he gave others a good impression in their remembrances. After few time, a scout invited Stallone to give his script to a Hollywood editor, the editor appreciated his talent and manner. Consequently, a film's milestone was built up; it was called< Rocky>. As a result, we can know that if people respect mutually, everyone will be easy to success in the complicated society.
The first above example is only an illustration that there is a deeper theory underlying this problem which is that 去掉no matter whether the society has become more complex or not, youth should also practice the ability to plan and organize. For instance, in monotonous society, young people should still have the plan and organize characters. If the disaster or catastrophe coming, young people will become to the most strong and crack in crows, so they have to lead all people to escape the abyss. If they have superior leadership and organize, they will be easy to help others to conquer all difficulties. Therefore, not only the complex society, but also the monotonous society need young people to have the ability to plan and organize,
because the happening will come to earth each moment.
Of course, sometimes young people have excellent abilities to plan and organize also have some advantages, like they can know that which one is their roads of life, which thing they really want to do. However, a close inspection of the argument would reveal how flimsy it is: the ability to plan and organize can only help young people to know their road of life, but not how to survive in the modern society. Consequently, I am sure that my above examples can conquer all opponents.
In conclusion, although some people still hold that it is essential for juvenile to advance the plan and organize ability, I still maintain my viewpoint: there are other abilities also important for juvenile to survive in all times of society.
