最近申了AUSTIN的同学请进~~急

最近也填了austin的网申表，我的推荐人也没收到推荐表。还有别的问题：
在查austin的网页时，发现：
Graduate Application Instructions
Prospective graduate students must submit separate sets of application materials to BOTH the UT Austin Graduate and International Admissions Center (GIAC) and the School of Architecture Graduate Admissions Coordinator.
Your materials will not be reviewed by the admissions committee unless all required materials have been received by the School of Architecture.  You cannot be recommended for admission to the Graduate School until all your material has been received by the Graduate and International Admissions Center.  Because of the volume of mail received, the School of Architecture cannot guarantee it will forward material (such as official transcripts) to the Graduate and International Admissions Center.
下面还有研究生院和建筑学院的地址，难道要各寄一份材料到austin的这两个机构？网申表格不是发到研究生院了么。
另外：我收到了toefl成绩单，但没收到GRE成绩单，是通过网上查到的。英语成绩是不是通过ETS机过去就可以了？
