Others: Full scholarship, enroll in Sept. 2004. Result will be  
        disclosed within two weeks.
Requirement: Strong Mathematical capacity;
             Familar with hardware circuit design esp. VLSI;
             Familar with Xilinx or Cadence etc. software.
             Get Master's degree on CS, EE or Maths before enrolllment

The one who have got Mathematical doctor's degree now and wants to  
get the seccond doctor's degree will be considered first.
Priority will be given to students from THU or PKU.
