想写信给ETS要求送分 的看过来

我先写了一封信给ETS，谁知是乱码，他唯一能看明白的可能是我的标题 about the score recipients
于是他发了这封信给我

Our records indicate there were no institutions listed in your file. If you
have selected recipients at the test center, they were not saved properly.

We have processed the four recipients you mention in your e-mail as a Ticket
Correction.

To add, correct or change GRE score recipients on your registration form, make
the desired changes on the correction stub attached to your admission ticket.
Mail the stub so that it will reach ETS no later than the Friday before the
test date for which you registered. You may also e-mail your corrections to
gre-info@ets.org. Any requests to add, delete or change score recipients
received after the Friday before the test date must be accompanied by $15 per
institution.
