“Have you watched the latest movie, Batman 5?” I greet my friends like this these days, instead of saying” Hello!” or” Good morning!”. My friends also give me a response, like “Yeah, it’s really good”. Because, movies play an important role in our daily life, just like the greeting I mentioned above----if you haven’t watched that movie, you won’t be able to talk with your friends. In fact, our habits of speaking and wearing are badly influenced by movies.

Movies have an essential impact on our daily speaking. Some movies’ lines are really good and fashion. After we hear that, we will follow it unconsciously. A famous movie usually has its famous lines, like Terminator. In this movie, the terminator, a robot acted by Arnold, said a very famous line” I’ll be back.” After that, we use this line everywhere. For example, when I leave for the school, I will say to my mum “I’ll be back”, imitate Arnold’s accent. My mum will give me a smile, because she has watched this movie, and know that I was just kidding. This is only an example. There are still many famous lines we used everywhere, like “I’m a machine!” in Terminator, “Life is like a box of chocolate…” in Forrest Gump, and “Bond, James Bond” in 007 series. The way of speaking is influenced deeply by these movies.

Our wearing habit also changed by movie. In movies, actors’ clothes are often designed carefully by some specialists, who are leading our fashionable clothes. Therefore, we watch the movies, and easy to find how handsome or beautiful they are. Consequently, we will buy the same style, even the same color clothes immediately. Before long, you will find many alike clothes are worn by many people on the streets. I remember a movie named” a better tomorrow” acted by Chow Yun-fat. In this movie, Chow wore a long black coat which is very fashionable in that period. After a while, many people began to wear long black coat everywhere. Our wearing habits are influenced by movies, undoubtedly.

To sum up, movies not only influence our speaking and wearing habits, but also influence many other behaviors of people, like eating, housing, etc. After all, as a advanced technology to entertain people, movies will have a long period effect on people’s life, and even greater.
