         本人信管专业，均分78（好低:mad: ），专业分数82，IELTS还没考，无工作经验。有2个项目经验
想到英国学计算机科学智能检索，首要考虑申请的可行性，其次是学校的名气（指在我国国内的名气，要国内承认的）
准备通过留学机构准备申请，但是怕被忽悠了~所以请大家告诉我能冲刺的、有把握的和保底的学校~

Dear sir,

I am very interested in your project of high-value paper.

I am now working in the Speciality Paper R&D Centre of China National
Pulp and Paper Research Institute, my daily job is developing
process-package for new products. In the projects that I have
participated in, many kinds of pulp were used like Fibreco-made and
Howsound. Moreover, some of the projects I think is very similar to
the High-value paper like Super Calander paper, in this project we
payed attention to the retention system, filler choosing (kaolin, PCC
or GCC), optical properties and printability. I think this experience
helps me understand about your project.

I see that this project involves the wetend chemistry and optimal
dosages per ton of pulp; best addition points; and proper addition
sequence while meeting product quality targets in terms of brightness,
print gloss, strength and aim to correlate the distribution with
paper-machine and wet-end parameters. Most of my work time I spend was
in the lab, so I am very interested in "paper-machine application"
especially the best addition points and "distribution with
paper-machine". I have read some papers on it like" flash mixing of
hydrophobic ASA and AKD Sizing Agents" and "Combination of non-ionic
surfactants and fatty acid soaps improving deinking efficiency & DIP
quality"
