send documents to BCIS

Which way will you choose to send all flies to BCIS?  Express mail? Or Priority mail? I hope someone can give me some suggestion,

By the way, have you gotten a letter from ISSO to support your changing? And is your I-20 form marked: this form for initial attending to the school and changing f2 to f1? My I-20 form just marked: this form for initial attending to the school.Both of them I asked officer to do, but ISSO also thought it is not necessory. Do you have any idea about this?

我用的是UPS overnight，第一天寄，第二天BCIS签收，可在网上track行踪。我想寄材料怎么都可以，能寄到就可以，当然要保险的话，寄fedex，UPS等等都可以，价钱贵一些。
I-20上this form is for initial....查查下面这个帖子，讨论过这个问题的
