125. The past is no predictor of the future

In asserting that future can’t be predicted by the past, speaker seems to fail to recognize that circulation of history enables the possibilities of its predicting function. Nevertheless, I would agree with the statement to the extent that past can not serve to predict whenit encounters a novel age.

As novices of investors in stocking market,and to be wise enough, we turn to experts as well as the basic knowledge of analysis. Data of the past is the only resources. By digging out the inner connection of the irrelevant data, we draw the rough idea of the future trend.Gradually, stocking market is no longer a lucky arena, instead, it’s packed with intellectuals who are highly sensitive to the flows, based on their perception of the past.

History forwards, deep within we never miss circulation.As a proverb given from an ancient Chinese sage, ‘To hold the past as a mirror,we can foresee the future. This is the case, especially when coming across the social affairs.

Economical crises these years is not a sudden, and method involving increased interest rate has been adopted in advance, viewing the signal of inflation and over-priced estate. However,without the studying of crises in 1929 and grasping of the features of the running system in economic field is fluctuating from top to bottom and endless,we might sit around and ignore the possible burst of unemployment and finally find us in a worse-ever situation.

History predicts because it shares rules,however, its predicting function will be enthroned facing the sharp turning point of novel age. Sony.Inc was an electronic tycoon. Its innovation accounted for a lion’s share in electronic appliance market until the advent of technology revolution, which made technology involved in manufacturing handy. As a result, Sony is eclipsed by other competitors due to the pivotal factor of success shifting to marketing, and Sony stayed still. Commercial activity is undergoing a strong risk, with various possibilities and shifting fluctuation. History alone,without the study of competitors and wise analysis of potential consumer,cooperation is doomed to suffer and lead to an unexpected pitfall.

What’s more, past is no predictor of future especially in the area of science. If scientists were chained to the past, they will find themselves with limited view. Moreover, in exploring, we can hardly see any signal of future from the past, worth yet, we were misled by it. Idea of earth was flat and the only center of universe once dominated years until the question of Nicolaus Copernicus. He raised his point regardless the so-called-truth.After all, science itself is to explore without the guide of history. Even though achievement is piled up in the accumulation of that of past, scientist will always wait and embrace the possible exception, and see the once-truth being torn down.

In a nutshell, past can be a predictor of future, considering which area it applys for and in what extent it serves. As experience can be gathered in the past while it may impede the potential advancement, we should consider more.

看完了觉得你的逻辑可能还需要再理一理，其实我都是一直读到最后一段了才知道你的中心思想到底是什么。
第二段那个例子很突兀，不知道你帮他放在那儿想起到一个什么作用。第三段感觉是统领下文一段话，但是写历史能够预测未来就只有一段。如果你用它要支持第四段，我觉得可以把这两段和在一起。第五段开头有个转折，说明你要写另外的一个意思了。其实第五段和第六段都是在写这个意思，但是好像他们没有并列的关系。如果你想说明在有些领域过去不能预示未来。你就该找两个平行的。第五段你说的是索尼公司的市场问题，我觉得要和第六段的科学领域对等应该把他升华一下，就说在经济领域的问题，比如说索尼公司就是一个很好的例子。
不知道为什么，很多句子我都读不通，可能是我自身水平的原因吧，平时也都不怎么敢帮别人改语言的问题，怕改错了。不过确实你用的高级词汇挺多的，这个值得我学习。
