今天改了3篇issue~还模考了一次~虽然没完成目标(过argu提纲)
不过也算还可以了~现在眼睛都涩涩的了~决定休息一下下~
陪父母好好看看晚会~毕竟大年初一嘛~

主三:虽然创新很重要,但是现任领导也可以通过学习新技术来跟上时代的变化
结尾:如果现任领导能够不断学习并保持廉洁,那么将会带领企业走向成功
Our society now is so complicated and new that almost no one could tightly keep up with contemporary trend. However, we cannot beg the pivotal importance of experiences which could avoid many mistakes when making decision, no matter in which area such as business, politics, education and government. Therefore, the path to success for any enterprise is not only revitalization through new leadership, but could also improve the leaders’ ability and moral standard.
Fundamentally, we should notice the purpose of revitalization, which may lies in two core reasons. First, infuse fresh blood and bring novel idea to enterprise in order to improve their enterprise and lead them to succeed. For example, the new president of Google launched a new work to every employee that they should pursue their own interested work at least one day every week. This new and invented (inventive/innovative) measure (strategy/policy) brings many new service items such as "Google News" for Google, and then significantly increased their monthly visitors. Thus, we cannot deny the important role of invention in any enterprise. Secondly, revitalization could avoid some corruption for enterprise. Because many public officials and shareholders who have bribery behaviors are nearly upstanding at first, unfortunately, with time passed, the temptation of money and power throw them into the abyss of corruption. Thus, if we could renew leadership before the behavior of bribery, enterprise would keep a clean and well-being circumstance.
However, even though revitalization could bring some merits to an enterprise, the damage maybe overwhelming the advantages sometimes, especially in business, education and government. For instance, the business sea is so deep and broad that if one had little experience would lose gravely, let alone to lead a whole company to succeed. Any decision which the leader made would greatly influence the future of that company. So, without affluent experiences to deeply understand the principle of business, the enterprise may bankrupt by only one decision which launched by their new leadership. On the other hand, common sense informs me that education is so important that they teach our society's hope and future-children. The leadership, of cause the president of a school, control and operate that school. The idea, standard and avenue of how to effectively teach students are based on myriad of teaching experiences. Thus, the little experience of new leadership may undermine the efficiency and effect of their educational system. Government is similar to business and education. Any event in our society is complicated and interacted with each other, any respect of decision and law by government may affect other respects and even other countries. So, without glut of experiences to clear what our government should and must does, our society may disordered by the new leadership's novel idea. In short, the importance of working experience is also pivotal, and may a little more vital to some degree.
While it would be tempting to concede that the invention is important to an enterprise, but who says current leaders cannot think out any novel idea to make their company improve and even succeed? Obviously, no one could firmly say that unreasonable sense. Moreover, the new invention and decision must be based on a plethora of experiences and skills, but not daydream which too perfect to come true. The current leadership exactly has adequate experiences and as long as they continue to learn new technology and keep their candid ethic, they would keep with current trend and lead their enterprise to succeed.
In conclusion, the speaker's threshold claim is unwarranted for the reason that he or she omits the importance of experience. If current leadership would combine their experience and new technology, their enterprise would much easier to success than renew their leadership after five years. |
