No one will doubt that the effect of education for it's the crucial factor to prompt social progress. People have lived for so many centuries in such a condition that the education system designed for the whole society, albeit many persons had suspicion about the mechanic, the human society is still developing and no one predict it will go to an end.


To begin with, we should know that the standard of judging the effective of education is the talents which are trained by the education system can make contribution for the social progress and improvement of humanity. Education is just the tool but not the final target. The gist is the product of education can role in the area such as natural science, social science and other realm. For example, the great scientist Hawking who had studied in Cambridge University, just because the time in university he can get the opportunity to touch
the newest knowledge about astronomy, so that he can make great contribution to the astrology in the later time. The effect of education is so large that no one could ignore that.


In addition, if the education can be made personally, there will be more people benefit from such a reform. In fact, most people have the feelings that the school education are not for them more or less. Of course, it is a objective condition that almost every school even the college is controlled by the government, as we all know, the education plans made by the government are not fit for every area for there are many differences between different zones. Such diversity is a circumstantial to affection of education. Nowadays there are many schools designed for the disability people, they can get a better education than in the ordinary schools. The education designed personally is a marked help to these people.


However, the education system designed personally is just an illusion but not realistic. Only from a simple argument we can find the flaws in the assumption. If we design an education system which is fit for everyone, we should provide a full-time teacher for each student or the teacher should master many skills to teach different student, and we should have the diversity installations for teaching. No one will doubt that is a large cost to every country. So to the poor countries, they couldn't afford the cost even in the reach countries there still will be a fierce debate about the budget about education. Thus, it won't be a good suggestion to build an education system personally.


To sum up, the education is really effective if it's designed to meet individuals and every student's interest, but it will just be an illusion which is not fit for the factual situation of most countries. What we should do is to use the existing education system well but not to convert it.

1. 观点不明确,逻辑不清晰
2. 有些堆砌罗列之嫌。我感觉与其追求辞藻的华丽,不如先扎扎实实把观点写清楚。否则反而容易弄巧成拙
