Businessmen are only motivated by desire of money

Nowadays more and more people are getting material, especiallly when asked about the only motivation of businessmen, many people believe it is the desire of money. But I think it a little bit differently. The reasons are listed below:

Apart from money, some businessmen also consider their contribution for society. They are running companies, which provide thousands of employment opportunity. Furthermore, every year they pay taxes which could be used in public health area or where else. Bill Gates, for instance, a worldwide well-known business man, is now concentrating himself on the charity after many years of charging software. A great number of money was donated to the poor and survivors of catastrophe such as the victims of tsunami 2005.

In addition, realization of self-value could be a major aim of businessmen. Everyone without exception seeks for self-value all the time and ask oneself what she/he is and could be. It could be that businessmen are doing something they like and enjoy what they achieved – market success of a new product, competition with other firms and so on.

Finally, besides above mentioned scopes, businessmen are hungry for power, fame and respect. For example, some people were hold as geek by their classmates in school and always despised by others, he would do anything to be respected. Because it means successful for many people to earn a lot of money, they try their best to achieve their goal. However, money is not an issue, respect is the real motive power.

In conclusion, money is one of the strongest desires of businessmen but not the only one, although sometimes it is difficult to separate it from others. They are individual and have various background, therefore, the motivation differ each other.
