运动后最好不要喝冰冷的水.
运动时,全身血管处于舒张状态,脏器血液供应相对减少以供应四肢运动所需.如果马上喝冰冷的水,会引起主要是胃部或/和肠粘膜血管收缩,引起肠胃痉挛.
阑尾是个免疫器官.一般单纯性阑尾炎切除后不会有术后并发症.化浓性的会有一些,象肠粘连,肠梗阻等.
阑尾切除后不复发.

那个ISO的保险叫International Student Organization，纯粹就是欺侮咱们这些International 的。前两天发现将来要去的学校的中国学生会上主页上居然推荐和贴这种保险的链接，以后俺去了一定要费了链接，hehe。现在知道好的保险至少象orangescent说的每类都有Cover一个程度，并且有个自己交钱的上限。我这个也准备了打持久战的准备了，呵呵，反正没钱嘛

As I know, normally, the first interview between a lawyer and a client is for free. In that first interview, the client talks with the lawyer about his problems and the lawyer introduces the hourly rate he will charge that client  if he decides to accept the case later. Since the first meeting is for free, the lawyer might not offer some substantive and valuable advices. So do not expect too much on the first interview.

Actually, I've never gone through any legal participation in the U.S. What I said above is completely from books . Still, I think it won't hurt to give a first try if you have time.
