What is a good job? High salary or high secure? Nowadays, many people will face the problem when they want to find a good job in the job market. Personally, I agree the statement that having jobs with low paying and being high secure is better than jobs with high salary but being easy to lost.
First, people can focus on their career and develop professional capacity, when they have jobs with low paying and being high secure. Without the worries about losing their jobs, they can make a long term plan of their career and have enough time to pursue their career goals. For example, a teacher can gain wider experience and develop professional skills which are significant for them to be an expert in his area. Meanwhile, he can establish good relationship with the company and build his social networking with the professional in the same area. The rich experience and good networking will put them in a favorable position in the future job market. But jobs with high salary but being easy to lost usually make people to pursue short-term goals and cause them no time to achieve long-term objects, it goes against people’s career.

Second, people can lead a happier and easier live, if they have secure jobs with low paying. They can make their family have peaceful lives with their regular income, and are not afraid of losing jobs that will let live become harder. Also, they can make friends with their coworkers since they can cooperate for a long time. The friendships will help people increase efficiency and let them maintain healthy mental condition in their workplace. They will be more relaxed and less tense so that they can have good mood and keep healthy. On the other hand, jobs with high income but being easy to lost will require people to work at high pressure. Fear and anxiety about losing jobs will be harm to people’s health.
However, having jobs with low paying and being high secure has disadvantages too. Jobs with high income but being easy to lost sometimes will drive people to work hard and achieve more goals. In another word, the risk of losing one’s job will be the driving force of work. In contrast, secure jobs with low paying may decrease people’s passion of work, such as pubic officers. For instance, my uncle Tom, he worked in the government department, but he felt boring. About 4 months ago, he chose quit his job at last.
In sum, the advantages of jobs with low salary and being high secure overweight any benefit that we gain from jobs with high pay but being easy to lost, we can safely conclude that having jobs with low paying and being high secure is better than jobs with high salary but being easy to lost.
