the 2011-12 Hong Kong PhD Fellowship Scheme has already started.

The Fellowship provides a monthly stipend of HK$20,000 and conference and
research related travel allowance of HK$10,000 per year for the awardees for
a maximum period of three years.  In addition, Fellowship recipients at
CityU will be awarded the Chow Yei Ching School of Graduate Studies Entrance
Scholarships. The Scholarship, at the value of HK$66,000 covers students'
tuition and on-campus hostel accommodation fees in their first year of
