On account of the prospesity of the economy society,more and more people lead a healthier life with the developmrnt of fit room.Consequently,people are invaritably faced with such a question that what results that sports bring us.There is no consensus concerning this issue among people.Based on what i know,the following two factors that sports teach lessons of our life should be considered.
The main reason for my prospensity is that the exercises aquire in fit room does a good favor to our physical life.On condition that people have a good health in daily life can people efficiency cope with different issues which occur in future work.This can be illustrates and exemplified by the case that my uncle who has been working in a computer company for a few years happened to meet a Japanese when negosiated an importnt contract.Unfortunately,he had a bad cold during that days,he couldn't stop coughing and playing a sneeze.If he had a stronger body,he wouldn't  have lasted that bad cold a few months when Japanese left.Sports tell us a principle in life is that training an army for a thousand days to be used for just one hour .
Further lending credence to my postion is the reason that much experinces in sports are availably access to aquire persistance,passion and braviety.To begin with,a lot of sports like running,swiming can teach us when you face with tired or cold body,to be persistant to the end will be the victory.In our life ,we really need this quality to conquer difficulties.Furthermore,for example dancing ,I'm a big fan in dancing because  the rythem and movement make me feel so crasy that I want to die to it.  Only if people live with passion could we have happiness and satisfactory.In addition,Taekwondo teaches me to be a brave a in my life.When you're afraid of something,you can shout like a boy and take action without hesitation.
To sum up,I reinforce my standpoint that sports can teach lessons in our life based on the above statements.
