纠结于CU跟BU之间

申请2011spring全部搞定了...
最后narrow down to two schools...估计从Columbia U跟Boston U之间吧...= = MA Statistics

对于CU
Pro: Good location, good repuation, good job mkt
Con: high tuition & living, ocean quality AD, large class capacity
对于BU
Pro: small class capacity, relatively low tuition & living, better chance to do research due to small class capacity
Con: OK ranking, OK profs, OK...etc

所以..各位大牛帮我参考一下~~~谢谢啦~

PS: 我想defer我的入学时间...最好能明年Fall入学.因为明年spring的时候要代表学校参加几个金融类的比赛. 但是这两个学校都不给defer,
说都要重新申请......所以...如果有哪位大侠知道重新申请之后还能拿到offer的概率是多少...希望不吝赐教!

It's hard to say... while they will recruit a larger class in the fall, there will certainly be more applicants as well. But you would still have a good shot assuming their admission criteria remain more or less the same
i dont know much about the two programs. but personally, i prefer smaller class, which means more resources. the decision is finally up to yourself. there is pretty much info about CU's program on internet, but much less for BU
