University of Alabama要搬走了，给室友找个新的comer

Hi All,
I will leave my apartment Canterbury (located closed to the stadium, Business school and supermarket) in May, and i want to find a new comer for my present roommate (she is a girl, so girl comes first.). I will leave my soft bed and desk for you.

The apartment is equipped with all utilities including microwave, TV, wifi, free laundry(downstairs) or so forth. And you don't need to open new account for power fees, wifi fees, etc(no more extra fees, 200USD at least.) It's on the second floor, so it's not hot in the summer nor cold in the winter. The rent fee is quite cheap comparing with others, 278 dollar/month, including water fees. It's safe and quite here. Also the manager Mark is really a kind native guy, he is ready to help you all the time. What's more, Canterbury is also a so-called Chinese home~~~So you may hear your home-tongue here.  

My room will be available from the beginning of August. And my roommate will pick you up at the airport if you are a new comer to Tuscaloosa. She is really a kind & lovely girl, for the new comer, an experienced guy would be a best choice for you.
