AD MPA of SUNY-Albany

今晨刷到一个MPA的AD from SUNY-Albany，没有提funds的事儿（虽然我申请了），学费实在低的诱人（也是当初申请他家时考虑的最重要因素），$24832 for one academic year。综合排名在100开外，专业排名还行。
若有同申的童鞋们或已经在该校的前辈们，可以交流下这个学校情况。
愿继续等待中的我们能收到更好的录取。

我也收到suny-albany的消息了，但不太明白什么意思。我下面贴出那封信，求解释。
“Dear Tao:

The Admissions Committee has reviewed your credentials, and I am pleased to inform you that you have been recommended for admission to the Public Administration and Policy - MPA program. Because the University at Albany has not received evidence that sufficient funds are available to you, I am unable to issue immigration documents at this time.

If you possess sufficient funds, currently $24,832 for one academic year, please complete the Financial Affidavit and return it to the above address, along with a letter stating your intent to enroll. Should we not hear further from you, your file will remain in an inactive status for one year.

Thank you for your interest in the University at Albany.

Congrats to u two!! 你哪里不明白呢？我也是同样的信，里面没有提到什么deadline前把financial documents寄过去，应该是415吧？那封通知email里说immigration documents 要4-6周才能用平信寄到，太慢了吧，如果在415前一两天才决定去这个学校、寄出financial documents，岂不要在5月底才能收到I-20，不会太晚吗？
