关于口语第一题的回答（the most 类题目）

想请问大家一个问题好吗？
在托福口语第一题中，如果这样问：
What is the most important element you take into account when you are buying a house?
在这种题目中，我是不是只能说一个因素呢（如location，environment，price中选一个）？
我的意思是说，我可不可以把三个因素都回答出来呢？如：
First, I will consider the location of the house...
Second, environment is also very important....
Besides, the price should not be too high....
其实我是想把这三点都说出来的，因为这样一点只要说一两句话，比较好说；相反，如果只说一点，很难说满45秒，后面就不知道说什么了。
但是题目中问的是the most important element， 给人的感觉是只能最重要的一个因素。所以我担心说三点会不会有问题啊 ~~
