Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? Young people should try different jobs before they decide which job or career they will do in the long term

There is a public debate on whether young people should try different jobs before they decide which job or career they will do in the long term. Some people hold the opinion that young people should not always try different jobs for that different jobs cost too much time and it is not worthy. However, other people may think it is good for young people to find himself/herself by trying different jobs. In my opinion, I agree with the later idea that young people should try different jobs before they decide which job or career they will do in the long term with the following reasons.（稍微显得有点冗长，相比于后面段落）


First of all, there are not all of young people that can find content jobs at the first time. Young people don't have much social experience, they are not sure what a job they choose can bring to them. It is possible that his job is not related to his subject in university or college, then he may wonder how can he reach his greatest potential and what does he really want. Then he wants to try to another job to seek his dream.



What's more, young people is pleased to accept new things and is very open to try special things. Before young people find the job he/she is very interested in, it is beneficial for his development to try different jobs. Basically, the young like the new things, and following the talent to look for jobs can finally help him/her find out which career they will do in the long term. During the process that trying different jobs, young people have the chance to know different kinds of people and life styles, they can learn much from the process.
In conclusion, although I don't agree the idea that young people like changing jobs too quickly, I hold the point that young people should try different jobs before they decide which job or career they will do in the long term because they can find their favourite jobs and also find themselves.
