There is an old saying that "evenHomer sometimes nods". As we all know, everyone makes mistakes. Acceptingcriticism help us correct them and ameliorate our own abilities. Provide adequate evidence to support my opinion that accepting criticism is necessary to success.

First of all, accepting criticism fromothers is definitely a shortcut to find shortages of us. As we all know,correcting mistakes means progress but finding mistakes is an arduous task forourselves. However, it is incredibly easy to revise others' work. It's atypical example when students dealing with reports, articles or home works.Students find it rather difficult to [url=]check their own mistakes[/url]不太清楚,检查错误,可以用check point out比较常见吧?有这样的用法告诉我一下吧

More importantly, in a cooperation of team,accepting criticize is thebasis of the relationship among team members. In 2010, a survey about what isthe key factor of failures of software development was conducted among severalinternational software companies. The proportion of failures caused bycontradiction in team is 30%, closely following the 45% of inappropriate plan.And deeper investigation shows that contradictions in teams are mainly causedby some team members' uncompromising when others try to criticize them. Modestyis Chinese traditional virtue and accepting others' suggestions is one of theforms of modesty. People who are modest are always welcome in a group. On theother hand, people who are arrogant and can not accept criticism willdefinitely be isolated. In other words, listening to others and acceptingsuggestions are tools to communicate with others. Hence, if everyone of a teamare modest and gladly to accept criticize(改为criticism), the team will be inconsensus and give a fantastic performance in works. Team's success will alsoresult in individual's success.

However, people can not expect success onlyby accepting others' suggestions. Opinions of their own (指代不清楚,是指people,还是othersare equally significant. What'smore, people should regard the path of checking by others a supervisor insteadof a corrector. Only devoting themselves to current work and trying their bestcan help people find their limitlimitation. And thus they can improve abilities.

With reasons listed above, a conclusion canbe drawn that the willingness of accepting criticize(我查了一下,criticize确实是动词 is closely related to the success of a team as well as anindividual.
