With the rapid development of the information technology, one cannot leave the diverse information sources alone regarding the vast amount of news and some other sorts of information. If one desires to be well-informed. he or she must keep him or her well connected with the diverse sources of information, therefore, I strongly agree with the idea that a person must be involved in the various sources of information if he or she wants to be well-informed. My arguments for this point are listed as follows.

To begin with, we human kind have stepped further in transforming information by utilizing diversified means of communication. For instance, decades of years ago, presumably, an employee will have to keep in touch with his or her boss only via telephone or the telegram, however, up until recently, maybe the boss employs other more advanced methods to inform the employees. Consequently, if one employee stays out of the means the boss uses, he, very possibly, will not obtain the information in time. What is more, with the advent of informatiion age many years before, people, from all kinds of occupations and careers, have adopted to obtaining what they want through different sources. Take a software engineer as an example. Conceivably, as most people already know, the engineers' job is to develop new types of software or to upgrade the out-dated ones, thus, imagine that if a software engineer cannot keep himself up with the latest trend of the software industry and obtain the newest informtion regarding that area, how could he succeed in doing that job? The answer is so clear and evident that the importance of being kept in touch with the various news sources cannot be stressed more.

In addition, no single news source can cover all the news around the world and all the fields on the earth, therefore, to get information from various sources is necessary. Usually, one newspaper, which is preminent and world famous around the globe, is usually focusing on one or two fields, because in that case, under the common circumstances, that newspaper can focus on what they specialize in and present the latest information and news about the figures or something to their customers. On the other hand, if one newspaper focuses on two more area, the possible chance is that they can get all messed up, just like a student doing two more things in the same time.

To sum up, if a person desires to be well-informed, he or she will have to acquire the skill to obtain information from various news sources.
