Agree or Disagree, in order to succeed, you should be more like others than be different from everyone else.

Some people claim that it’s necessary to be common with others in order to succeed, nevertheless, I persist that the difference between the others will help us to win the success. For instance, if someone always has creative ideas to solve a problem-differ from others, he would be easily enrolled in a competitive company. After that, the difference will also make us more competitive than the others.

First of all, let’s focus on the reasons why successful people excel better than the normal. For example, Bill Gates, the richest man in the world, established the Intel Company which altered the way of people to communicate with others and led the world into the information age. Then what make him so outstanding, not because of his normal appearances, but because of his abnormal courage and hard work.

Secondly, difference from others not only means out of line, but also appears one’s ability of creativity. During the 21st century, one of the things being put much more emphasize than before is innovation. Nowadays, the developments of technology all need someone who has ideas or capacity of innovation to promote them. In this case, if all of the human have the same mind without any innovation and difference at all, it will not benefit for the competition of the countries. Thus it will also not benefit for the future of the world.

The last but no least, according to the experience of the success, they always make a totally different scheme unlikethe others- kind of gambling. But what they gambled was always to be treated as success few years later. Just as the saying of Buffett “When people are greedy, you should become worried: When people are worried, you should be greedy” That’s the reason why he saved lots of money in the period of the Great Depression in the United States.

In conclusion, only if we show the others that we are different, in that way, people will easily figure out we are excellent.
