In today’s age , society advances by leaps and bounds.The advent of individual era bring about solving problems independently and call for your own help.It seems like the government’s help is no longer existed and can be ignored in some extents. That may be true to a certain extent, but we also had to consider the important role government played on security,environment and education.

First, we all live in a world connected with one to another. With the immense world shringking into a small viliage, the insecurity factors has been augmented  at a alaring rate.The space and arms race stensified with the exploration of outer space and the scientific researches on new cutting-edged weapons.Some big countries seek hegemony and expand their effect to many other countis’ homelands.In addition, the destablishing factors happened sometimes.The national safety should be guarded by the government.The security problems cannot be resolved by individuals.

Second,as we all know, many anthropogenic activities has fouled the air ,contaminated the water and devastated the forests.There is a very common scene appears around our life.How many time have we walked past a piece of litter on the ground, cursing whoever was so throughless as to drop it and wondering when someone could come by to clean it up? It wouldn’t be hard for us to bend over and pick up the litter,then drop it in the nearest dustbin,after all.This example illuninates that the awareness of protecting the environment should be enhanced.The government should hold more activities and classes in raising their sense of responsibility and regulate the behavior of protecting environment.The goal for a harmony living environment cannot be achieved without government’s help.

Third,the government finances is a huge amount of money that can tackle with some immediately problems.The indivituals’ wealth may be not less but not enough to support it permannantely.The government finances can afford the education for children who cannot go to school , help people living in remote areas to get rid of thirsty and hungry,and offer more job opportunitie for those who cannot earn a living for himself.

The government can gather all the resources for people’ s problem-solving and focus all attenttion on some hard issues. It cannot be achieved by only one people or some people.We should realize the huge impact and ability the government have and trust them to help us.

A child miseducated is a child lost. The education methods  for children is vary from family to family. The debate for which method should be best for children is still not reach a certain conclusion. In my opinion,I am not agree with the judgement that children’s performance in school should bind with the hours of watching Tvprograms or movies.

      For one thing, education is not the filling of pail,but the lighting of fire. TV programs or movies can teach children a lot of useful things you have never imagine. The Oprah Winfrey Show instill chidren’s high values of that behind every celebrity’s success there are some unknown hardness and difficulties. The famous movie The King’s Speech enspired children with an British empire who got over his stutter problem. The Harry Potter series and the Twinlight adapted to movies fufill chidren’s imagination and curiosity. Chidlren gain these trainings and knowledge outside the class will be a pefect complement to what he has learned in school.

        For another thing, children’s performance at school is related to many factors, such as teachers, classmates ,studying atmosphere ,etc. Limiting the hours of watching TV programs or movies is not a panacea for everything. There is a famous idiom in China says teaching students in accordance of their aptitude. Parents should observe and investigate what is the best learning method applied to their children then make sensible choices.

         Even we admit that there are excessive violent and pornographic contents abounded in the TV programs and movies which are not beneficial to children.Besides, limiting hours children spent on TV programs and movies will protect their eyesight and prevent them from indulging too much in  them. However, parents should not put a strict judging standard and relationship between performance well or not with hours cost on TV programs and movies. A large amount of pressure and controlness attributes to children even cause some adverse circumstances in some extent. Parenting is a depth knowledge that many parents have to probe and advance for a long way.

Do you ever dreamed about to be the prestigious president of a country like Franklin Roosevelt who save the country at risk in economic crises? Do you ever dreamed about to be the famous astronomy Armstrong who first stepped on the moon and made a huge progress of humanity space explore? Do you ever dreamed to be a talented musician like Beethoven who composes the well-known the ninth symphony and moon sonata? When we were children, we all dreamed about a variety dreams no matter it will finally come true or not. I think people should follow their ambitious dreams and goals even they are not realistic. These dreams are so nice and colorful that people should not move it from the root.
First, in scientific research, thanks to these unrealistic dreams, there are so many amazing inventions come out and bring great changes to our life. When people looked upon the sky, they may think if people can fly like birds will be a cool thing. The dream does not last long until Wright brothers design and invent airplanes. For centuries’ development, people catch flight from Beijing to Hongkong cost only two or three hours instead of three or four day’s train trip. It saves a lot of time , bring conveniences to people’s daily use and promote the construction of transport system.
Second, people who dreamed unrealistic dreams and set unrealistic goals has more imagination and creation than other people not. If you do not enable to dream , how can you fulfill it?  The progress of humanity is based on these unrealistic goals. People run the circle that thinking, accomplishing , thinking again then accomplishing.
Third, setting unrealistic goals give people the motivation to reach it. Because of its difficulty and hardship to achieve, it awoke people’s desire to conquer it. Big shots are just little shots who keep shooting. Thus, people can achieve it by setting little goals to accomplish and take little changes to reach enormous challenges. One day in the future, it will come true.
In conclusion, unrealistic goals are essential on the way to success . People should not lose the ability to think and dream unrealistic goals. However, we can not ignore the realistic goals meanwhile. The goals realistic or not does not matter, what make important is the way you achieve this and how much effort you will pay for it.

With the rapid development of society, people become more times participated in all kinds of teams, like in study groups, in company, in vunlenteer teams and so on. The call for collaboration makes the function of team more vital. There is a dabate of teammate who do not accept others’ In my opnion, I am not agree with the statement that those who do not accept other’s criticism cannot succeed.
Frist, everyone in a team is a individual that have equal rights and obligations.Critisicism is a oral  punishment that will hurt people inner feelings. Before the facts and mistakes have figured out, nobody can criticize other teammates easily. The proper way to solve problems is to summer up all the teammates and negotiate the rising problems together . Everyone can fully put forth their atitudes and thoughts and communicate effectively. It is a democratic method to decrease the harm to the minimum.
Second, nobody is flawless by nature. What if the criticism is wrong, there is no matter accept it or not. Most of people are not mature enough to make the right decitions. Once they made a mistaken choice, it may do a unimaginable harm to the other teammates. I have watching a TV program depict a girl in a team who misunderstood by her teammates of stealing money. Under the pressure and the title of a thief, she cannot stand any more but end herself with a suiside. If her teammate trust her and judge her after the correct evidence, it will may be no this humanity disaster.
Third, accepting criticism is not the only way toward succeed. There are many factors contributed to succeed. The harmony of a team, the ability of every teammate, good communications between teammates and the trust on teammates are all essential factors for succeed. Everyone involved in the team should give priority to the succeed of team instead of indivitdual interests. If achieve this goal, a team will step on the frontier of success.
To sum up, in a team, individual’s succeed cannot decided by the accept of criticism or not. It is not a fair and scientific standard for judging people’s success.

With the development of technology, it makes possible for working long distances at home by using telephones or computers instead of working in the office. The debate over which working means is better to choose has lasted for a long time.Personnally, I prefer to working in the office because of working environment, colleagues and efficiency.
First, at workplace, you are involved in the high-concentration and serious working atmosphere. Everyone in the company is busy handling their work. It will influence you in silient process and make you fully participate in your work. In addition, many workplaces today set a well-rounded infrastructures to ensure the working efficiency and the good mood of employees. You can enjoy your working place and feel ease same as at nhome.
Second, working in the office is not alone like at home. You have many colleagues collaborate with you or accompany with you. When you got in trouble or encounter some dificult tasks, your colleagues can immediately help you to solve the problems together. What’s more, at workplace, there are so many talented people that are extrordinary at some aspects. You can learn from their advantages and transform it to your own fortune. However, working at home with telephones or computers cannot play the same important role like your colleagues.
Third, working at home has lots of distractions to your work. When you are tired ,there is a bed for you to rest.When you are hungry , you can grab a meal at any time. When you want entertainment, you can turn on the TV chanel. All these trivial stuff cannot make you absorbed in you work. It will definitely reduce your working efficiency and cannot accomplish the work in time and at high quality. On the opposite, at working place, there are stringent rules that regulate and monitor your working behavior. You have to do exactly as the rules says and focus on your work.
To sum up, I totally agree with working in the office is better than working at home with mordern technologies. You can always find your position in the office and learn to enjoy your work there. Moreover, what really essencial to us is that you should put all your heart into your work no matter wherever to work.
